Here I go again about balayage…
We all love the effects because balayage places the color closer to the scalp than foils. The highlights looks softer in the hair because painting is done thin on top, shifting to thick on the ends. These highlights are vibrant, not flat, and the grow-out is far less noticeable. Hair seems to look shinier.
For those with a grey “splash” at the roots, we tint the outgrowth first, then paint hair with a partial or full balayage. Clients love balayage too because they can stretch the time between salon visits by two or three weeks!
