It’s hard to rock out when your hair keeps flopping in your face! Amy thought so, too! The Smith Westerns are a local indie rock band similar to David Bowie, Marc Bolan and Brit Pop. The Three band members, Cullen Omori, Cameron Omori and Max Kakacek have played with the greats including a spot at this past Lollapalooza. Thus when Cullen Omori’s mom, a long time Maxine loyalist, shared a picture of her son, lead singer of The Smith Westerns, Amy thought Cullen could use a rocker makeover.

That’s exactly what he got. Amy took his hair, which was in a kind-of 90s style, lady’s bob, and lightened it up. It needed texture so Amy took the outline of his bob and thinned it out. It now looks lighter and stays out of the way. Cullen’s ready for his next show.
