Why are our stylists and colorists simply the best? It starts with our in-house educational program. We spend between one and two years educating our assistants. The educational program is based on a solid foundation of fail-safe cutting and coloring principles honed over many years of experience.

At Maxine, we believe it's important to focus on specialization. That's why you won't find a stylist who also colors, and vice versa. Specialization allows our assistants to really excel because their focus is more intense in one area instead of broad-based in two.

Trends are taught as applications to a secure foundation. This insures a great look that is current, creative and functional. Our creative director and select stylists and colorists are continuously sent around the globe to keep them fresh and add international exposure to their teaching abilities.
