COVID-19 Guidelines

New client guidelines to keep us all safe and well:

  • Stay home if you are not feeling well
  • If you have a fever or COVID-19 related symptoms within the 14 days prior to your appointment, please reschedule
  • All appointments need to be booked by phone, we won’t be booking appointments at reception
  • Health waivers will need to be signed prior to receiving a service (please reference waiver on the website if you’d like to review prior)
  • A mask must be worn throughout your salon visit
  • Only wear a mask the wraps around the ears (not the back of head)
  • Sanitize your hands at reception
  • Honor 6 feet of social distancing throughout the salon
  • Arrive and depart in a timely fashion
  • Limit personal belongings and they must be kept with you at all times
  • Anyone not receiving a service will not be permitted in the salon
  • No animals permitted unless they are trained service animals
  • Robes will no longer be provided (only capes) so please dress accordingly
  • Credit card payment is preferred (we can also keep a credit card on file or accept credit card payments over the phone prior to appointments)
  • Tip your service provider directly, tip envelopes are no longer available
  • Please wait until a future date if your health is vulnerable

  • All salon staff will wear a mask
  • Magazines and beverages will no longer be offered
  • Alternating styling/shampoo chairs are out of use
  • Stations, chairs, bowls and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized for each client
  • Color services will not include a blow-dry
  • Cutting services will include a blow-dry
  • High traffic areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day
  • The elevator services only one person per ride
  • The DYI blow-dry area is no longer available
